Kenneth Chinn has a private law practice defending felony and misdemeanor criminal cases.  He is now retired from the Orange County District Attorney Office, where he prosecuted criminal cases in hundreds of jury trials over 28 years. Ken has been a professor for Trinity Law School since 1996 and teaches Evidence.
